MULTISERV Training & Consultancy is seeking qualified and experienced Part-Time Electrical Instructors to support an upcoming technical training project for a major industrial maintenance organization in Alexandria.

The selected instructors will deliver specialised electrical training programs to technical personnel, using practical industrial examples, case studies, demonstrations and interactive classroom activities.

Position Details

  • Position: Part-Time Electrical Instructor
  • Employment Type: Project-Based / Part-Time
  • Location: Alexandria, Egypt
  • Expected Project Period: September–December 2026
  • Delivery Language: Arabic, supported by standard English technical terminology
  • Priority will be given to qualified candidates residing in Alexandria.

Areas of Specialisation

Applicants should have strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Transformers and Switchgear
  • LV and MV Electrical Distribution Systems

  • Electrical Testing and Measurement
  • Industrial Control Systems
  • Reading and Interpretation of Electrical Drawings
  • Preventive and Predictive Electrical Maintenance
  • Power Quality and Energy Efficiency
  • Electrical Equipment Inspection
  • Other relevant industrial electrical engineering subjects

Applicants are not required to specialise in all the areas listed above. Each applicant should clearly indicate the subjects and courses they are qualified to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional electrical training programs in accordance with the approved course outlines and project schedule.
  • Prepare and customise presentations, participant materials, case studies and practical exercises.
  • Explain technical concepts using examples relevant to industrial maintenance, oil and gas, petrochemical and EPC working environments.
  • Deliver interactive classroom training effectively without depending on individual computers for trainees.
  • Prepare and administer pre-training and post-training assessments.
  • Evaluate participants’ understanding and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, assessment and training records.
  • Submit the required course documentation and close-out reports within the specified timeframe.
  • Coordinate professionally with MULTISERV’s training and project-management teams.
  • Comply with MULTISERV’s quality, confidentiality and professional-delivery requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • At least seven years of relevant industrial electrical engineering or maintenance experience.
  • At least three years of experience delivering technical training, workshops or structured knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, equipment and maintenance practices.
  • Proven ability to explain technical information clearly to personnel with different levels of experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication and classroom-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and the ability to use English technical terminology effectively.
  • Availability to deliver training in Alexandria according to the approved project schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, industrial maintenance or EPC projects.
  • Previous experience delivering training to engineers, technicians and maintenance personnel.
  • Certified trainer, assessor or holder of a recognised training qualification.
  • Professional electrical certifications relevant to the applicant’s area of specialisation.
  • Experience developing course materials, assessments and competency-based technical activities.
  • Previous experience delivering corporate or client-specific technical training programs.

Selection Process
